Welcome to the Feldt Honey Shop
We are a a small company based in the north of Germany, Schleswig-Holstein. We have been in business since 1965 and we offer gourmet honeys from our own aparies ( since 1969 ) and from worldwide selected and famous foraging grounds. Honey, it has been called "liquid gold", is one of the oldest foods in existence and one of Mother Nature's best. In addition to its high nutritional value Its therapeutic qualities have been much vaunted and valued over the centuries.
All of our honeys are premium honeys that are always
- unblended
- filled as gently as possible
- stored properly (cool and dark).
Our honeys are tested regularly especially with regard to pureness and the demanding requirements concerning quality honey.

Acacia Honey
Hungary. A mild, very light, liquid honey which is an excellent sweetener. In 2010, the crop of the European Acacia amounted to 20% of the normal crop resulting in a dramatic price increase.
Attention: This is why many acacia honeys are blended with blossom honeys
Propolis Powder (100g)
Cornflower Honey
Cornflower honey from organically grown cornfields in northern Germany. The honey is typically yellow-greenish with a light fluorescend character
The honey is medium strong with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Alpine Rose Honey
A mild light honey made from the nectar of the Alpine rose (Rhododendron) from the Pyrenees. It has got a mellow taste and a delicate aroma.
Avocado Honey
A very dark honey, made from the nectar of the small white blossoms of the avocado trees.
The honey is full-bodied and its bouquet reminds of malt and plum..
Blackberry Honey
Blackberry honey from Tasmania, a light creamy honey.
Buckwheat Honey
Buckwheat honey from Canada. A very remarkable honey, because of its strong and malty/molasses aroma, but one of our bestsellers!
Tree Heath Honey (Erica Arborea), France
Heather honeys are an amber colour, generally with reddish tints.They have an intense aroma, reminding of autumn leaf mould and its taste is sweet with bitter components.
