Forrest Honey from New Zealand ( beech honey )

Beechwood honey originates from the pristine, mountain-based rainforests of New Zealand`s South Island.

Depending on when during the years the honey is harvested, either in spring or autum , the resulting end product colours and taste can be quite different.Variety in honey is always interesting to the palate. Unlike the dense and more viscous Manuka Honey in contrast, Beechwwod honey is naturally quite liquid and flowing in texture.

It has a black colour and it`s taste is malty to savory.It is a very unique forest honey (New Zealand Mountain Beech ).
