Product information "Pine Tree Honey"
Pine tree honey, a key product from Greece, is dark, aromatic and therefore a perfect product for first-time users of forest honey (oak, fir tree or New Zealand forest honey). It is not particularly sweet, tastes a little bitter and is relatively rich in minerals and proteins. It is rather resistant to crystallization.
This honey won a gold medal (Fine Food Award) in London in 2010.
